Why We Guarantee Departures
Your vacation time is important to you, that's important to us! We
understand that it takes a lot of time to make your travel plans,
get time off work and make other arrangements to go on your
vacation. On all of WeGo Kayaking's Wild Orca
Discovery, Vargas Island Voyager and Gulf Island Hopper
expeditions we guarantee our departures no matter how many people
are registered.
Custom Trip Dates
Don’t see a trip date on our calendar that works with your
holiday schedule? Call us at 1.800.434.9346 to discuss the
options. We frequently add additional trip dates to accommodate
individual schedules. Book your custom expedition date early as
our available spaces fill up fast!
*Please note: Refunds or extra
charges may be applicable if you choose to transfer to a more
expensive or less expensive kayaking expedition.
Many Convenient Departure
Dates
WeGo Kayaking has many departure dates to the best locations on
Vancouver Island. Be it Johnstone Strait, Clayoquot Sound, the
Gulf Islands or one of our Expedition Series tours, we are sure to
have a date that fits with your schedule. Please check our schedule to check out all of your
options.
Group Bookings
We do offer group booking discounts up to 15% on our tours based
on your group size. If your group members want to pay individually
that is no problem. They just need to mention your name as they
call in to reserve and we'll add them to the group booking. The
discount will be reflected in each individual's final invoice
based on the number of people in the group.

Assistance We Provide
Our friendly office staff is readily available to help with your
travel planning questions. As a Vancouver Island based company we
understand the easiest and most effective routes on and off

focus of our tours is the wildlife viewing including all marine

trip or explore some of the more remote locations on Vancouver

In addition to the 'focus' on all of our kayaking
expeditions, our knowledgeable guides will share their vast
knowledge of the local flora, fauna and natural history.
Reasonable Group Sizes and Prices
We believe very strongly in two philosophies when it comes to
group size; providing a top quality experience for our guests and
minimizing the impact on good old mother earth. Our maximum group
size is 10 on our kayak camping tours and 6 on our Pacific Orcas
Lodge based expedition. You will receive ample time to ask
questions, receive assistance with your individual needs and you
can take comfort in knowing that as a group, we are impacting the
earth a little less.
Sustainable and Competitive Pricing
Our pricing is based on providing good value for the money you
spend. When developing our pricing strategies, we do so based on
being competitive as well as sustainable. To us, sustainability
means paying our high quality suppliers and excellent staff fair
rates for the services and work they provide. It also means
charging an appropriate amount based on the high quality service
we provide so that our company remains financially healthy for
years to come.
The Quality Equipment We Provide
WeGo provides quality, field tested and well maintained expedition
gear on our tours. Coastal British Columbia's environment can put
huge demands on the equipment you will be using.
WeGo Kayaking provides everything that you will need for
your adventure including:
- High quality 3-season Mountain Hardware tents.
- Comfy sleeping mats.
- Sleeping bags (except on our Johnstone Strait camping
trips)
- Pillow (except on our Johnstone Strait camping trips)
- Drybags
- Paddling jacket
