Welcome to the My Expedition
section of the website! Our secure, online access center to
all the information, details, forms and updates you will need to
make your adventure with WeGo Kayaking Expeditions a carefree and
relaxing one!
In this section you will be able to
review the details of your reservation, and add information on the
people traveling with you on your adventure. Each participant
will need to complete all of the forms including the registration
and booking, medical info and liability waiver. Please try to
have the forms completed and submitted to us at least 60 days prior
to your trip departure date. Don't worry if you cannot
complete all the forms at once, just click save prior to logging out
of the section and all of your information will be saved for your
return!
You will also have access to our
Essential Travel Information and Expedition Itinerary, which detail
suggested gear to bring and explain how our trips operate in the
field. Please also have a look at Travel Information, which
provides you with contact info and travel info for getting to
Vancouver Island and/or the launch site. As your departure
date draws closer, check in with this section for any exciting
updates on your expedition!
Have a read through the ETI and
other travel docs, they should provide a thorough overview of your
expedition.
