Booking is easy
You can make your reservation on any of multi-day sea kayak tours by contacting our office at 1-800-434-9346 or 250-748-5400 or by completing our online reservation form.

Deposits & Payment
We can confirm your reservation with a 30% non-refundable deposit by credit card over the phone, or you can put your deposit or full payment in the mail. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or money order. If paying by cheque within 60 days of trip departure, please send a certified cheque or money order. Personal cheque's will not be accepted within 60 days of departure. Please call or e-mail with any questions.

Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation, baggage and medical (including evacuation) insurance. This insurance is available by clicking the link below.

Please note: Many insurance companies require that you purchase your travel insurance within a specific time frame after making your confirmed reservations. Please check your insurance companies policies prior to making your reservations.

Reservations
Reservations with deposits are accepted in the order received. Reservations are confirmed when we receive the 30%non-refundable trip deposit. Before accepting your payment you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read our Booking and Cancellation Agreement. If booking and paying online, you must click the' I accept' button which means that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Booking and Cancellation policies of WeGo Kayaking Expeditions.

Guest Responsibility
We request that you arrive in a healthy state, with the required gear as set out on the equipment check list and an enthusiastic open mind for adventure travel. All of our trips, to some degree, have an exploratory nature to them and we ask participants to have an awareness of group harmony and willingness to laugh and have fun when encountering the unexpected.

Our guides are professionals in their fields and will provide outdoor instruction as required. WEGO adventure trips require no previous experience from you unless specifically noted. A sincere self evaluation and some pre-trip conditioning can go a long way in regards to the type of experience you will have in the outdoors, and we encourage you to prepare for your adventure.

Registration Forms
All of our guests are required to complete and return to us the registration forms we provide including a Trip Registration form, a Release of Liability, a Medical Form and a Signature on File (if paying by credit card). All of these forms will be forwarded to you by email or post upon confirmation of your booking. We do require that we receive these forms 60 prior to your departure date or asap if booking within 60 days so that we can do our best to accommodate any medical or dietary concerns.

Release of Liability
Each participant will be required to sign and return to WeGo Kayaking a Release of Liability before being allowed to participate in any trip we offer. This document releases WeGo Kayaking Ltd. from liability in the case of accident or injury.

Medical
You will be provided with a medical form in the registration kit and we ask that you be thorough when completing this form.

Cancellation Policy
We feel it is important that our clients understand that we commit a large segment of our trip costs well in advance of trip departure dates, and that others may have been turned away because the trip is full. Of course, we regret the receipt of any cancellations and endeavor to keep our policies as flexible and understanding as possible. Therefore, upon receiving written notice of your cancellation, refunds of trip payments made will be issued in accordance with the following schedule:

For notice received:
A. More than 60 days prior to departure, non-refundable deposit will be retained.
B. 30 - 59 days prior to departure 50% refund unless space is sold, in which case only the deposit will be retained.
C. 29 days or less prior to departure the full amount will be retained unless the space is sold, in which case only the deposit will be retained.

Credits
Any credits for kayaking expeditions are subject to price increases as they occur. This includes replacement expeditions issued under our guaranteed whales sightings program as well as any other credits issued by WeGo Kayaking Expeditions. Reservations are subject to availability.
